The editorial team is chaired by Guy Oldenkotte, a Dutch journalist who joined the international outdoor sports surfaces industry in 2003 and has since published over 1,000 feature articles for a variety of publications all over the world 

He also wrote several books on outdoor sports surfaces, including three books on synthetic turf for sports as well as a paper on integrated pest management for turf.
