The upcoming Turftech Summit will see representatives of over 50 professional football clubs, leagues and consultants gathering together in Basel, Switzerland. The event will be hosted at the venue of FC Basel 1893 on 1 and 2 September.

This year’ edition is the second edition following the successful launch at KRC Genk late last year. The Turftech Summit aims for bringing the entire (hybrid)turf industry together for a two day event that is loaded with presentations on two stages indoors, and by suppliers alongside the field.

Amongst the participants will be John Ledwidge of Manchester City, Declan Robinson of AS Monaco. Speakers include Roco Cosic of NHK Hadjuk Split, Iker Orue of Real Sociedad, David Roberts of ISTMA, Michal Slota of Nando, Steven Thomas of Hibernian FC and Eddy van Endert of KRC Genk.

Outside, companies like GKB Machines, Turfcoach, Hatko, Covermaster, GrassMax, the Pitchmark Group, GrassMaster and Stogger Turf Care will either show or talk about the latest developments regarding sports turf maintenance.
