TenCate Grass takes over Unanime Sport in France. Barely a month after TenCate Grass was taken over by another investment company, it continues its intended growth. It is now adding the companies Eurofield, Art Dan, Fieldservices and SPTM to its portfolio.
TenCate Grass is a player that operates all over the world and owns various companies. The take over of TenCate Grass by Leonard Green & Partners (LGP) from investment company Crestview Partners received the green light from the Dutch competition authorities last week.
Unanime Sport is led by Susanne and Gilles Thillaye, two veterans in the synthetic turf industry.
