Tarkett Sports has announced the acquisition of Allsports Construction and Maintenance Limited, a well-established Scottish company specialising in the construction and maintenance of sports surfaces. Allsports employs thirteen full time staff providing exceptional expertise and knowledge to the Scottish market.
Through Tarkett Sports’ acquisition, Allsports will continue to operate under its existing name with its current team remaining in place, ensuring continuity for customers and partners.
This strategic move sees Tarkett Sports acquire 100% of the shares in Allsports, further strengthening its presence in Scotland and reinforcing its commitment to serving the Scottish sports infrastructure market. This follows a successful period of collaboration between the two companies, during which they jointly delivered high-quality sports projects across Scotland, while meeting evolving customer needs.
Allsports has built a strong reputation for excellence in synthetic turf construction and maintenance, supporting schools, local authorities, and sports clubs throughout Scotland.
