Ohio Stadium will be offering a special tour to allow fans a close-up experience of the renovation of the stadium pitch.

From 22 to 31 July, Ohio Stadium Tours will offer a limited-time Turf Tours experience, giving guests the opportunity to go behind the scenes of Ohio Stadium and watch the field transformation up close. Tour guests will also visit the press box, NetJets landing, the Huntington club, the Band center and the locker room of the home team before heading to field level to see the current turf come out and the new turf go in.
During the installation, contractor The Motz Group will install a new surface that uses Game ON® technology from Shaw Sports Turf. This technology integrates field markings directly into the turf.

The updated surface also gives Ohio State staff added flexibility for branding opportunities around themed games and special events.
Each Turf Tours guest will also receive a piece of National Championship turf to take home, while supplies last.
