The project consists of: New synthetic turf field and Track, field dynamic base drain, synthetic turf, and fencing.

Bids will be received until 1:00 pm, CST, Wednesday, May 20, 2026. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at this time. Bidders must comply with regulatory and licensing requirements of the State of Mississippi, and other applicable Mississippi statutes. Bids submitted via facsimile will not be considered.
