Investment group Palero gruppe has acquired all shares in the Wiedenmann Group. The acquisition should support the Wiedenmann management team in expanding its market presence and exploring new growth opportunities.

Wiedenmann employs some 250 employees in Germany, the US and Hungary, and is known for its focus on environmentally friendly machinery and its adaptiveness to climate requirements and sustainability.

Its product portfolio includes aerators, mowers, and snow removal equipment. The end customer base includes prominent names in global sports such as Bayern München and the St. Andrews Golf Club.

The acquisition aligns with Palero’s strategy of investing in companies with strong growth potential and a commitment to innovation.
