Labosport Group has appointed Professor David James as their new CEO. The appointment follows the acceptance of Certania to become the group’s new majority shareholder.
Certania is a holding company from Germany that was founded in 2020 and oversees several entities that focus on testing, certification and consultancy. Although they operate in various industrial sectors, they all share a focus on health and sustainability.
