Testing institute Labosport has taken over the company Labosol. The French company is specialised in soil analysis and operates in Spain, Portugal, Maghreb, French speaking countries in Africa, Switzerland and Belgium.

Following the take-over, Labosol will now also support the activities of Labosport in France.

Labosol was established in 2002 by Pierre and Catherine Roussel. Pierre will now become the agronomical manager while Catherine will continue liaising with clients. In a message, Labosport Director General Pascal Marmey, assures that the company will maintain its own DNA. The synergy between the two companies will enable Labosport to expand its natural grass and landscaping portfolio in France.
