Iowa Sports Turf brings hybrid stitching to the US

Iowa Sports Turf and GrassMax Systems  join forces to introduce GrassMax hybrid stitching in the US sports field market.

Iowa Sports Turf based in Des Moine, has formed a partnership with GrassMax Systems. Iowa Sports Turf specializes in sports field construction, venue management, and maintenance and is eager to introduce the hybrid field technology that already has been used for the stadium fields of Paris Saint Germain, Leicester City, London Stadium and the Iconic Lusail Stadium in Qatar which will be hosting the 2022 Qatar World Cup

Casey Scheidel, President of Iowa Sports Turf referred to the agreement as follows:
“We are excited about the opportunity to bring this unique playing surface to the United States. The innovative technology of GrassMax hybrid stitching will take fields to the next level by increasing field usage and durability. We have launched our partnership with installation at Indian Hills Community College and Cownie Soccer Complex in Des Moines. We are eager to expand this partnership to other venues across the country.”

Marc Vercammen, Managing Director GrassMax Systems said: “Approaching the US market was the next step to expand our business and a highly qualified partner like Iowa Sports Turf will allow us to connect with different markets including municipal, college and university, and professional sports teams.”
