Grounds person

This football club is now recruiting for a Grounds Person, offering an exciting opportunity to play a vital role  at stadium.

The successful candidate will work under the guidance of the newly appointed Grounds Manager and assist in the maintenance and development of the club’s first team playing surfaces, helping to ensure pitches are prepared to the highest possible standard all year round. Working closely with first team staff and the wider grounds team, the role will contribute directly to supporting player performance through the delivery of elite-level playing conditions.

The club is also making a significant investment into the playing surface and wider pitch operations following a couple of years of inconsistent output. This represents an exciting time to join the department, with a clear focus on raising standards, implementing best practice, and helping to restore the surfaces to the high-quality level the club has been renowned for in previous seasons.
