Kippie Lodge Club in Scotland is the first club to use a Duol airdome to temporarily cover its tennis courts during the winter season.
The dome covers two of Kippie’s courts leaving the third court for outdoor play.
The double-skin airdome ensures the structural stability and provides excellent thermal insulation, the company claims.
The membrane is coated with a special lacquering finish like Polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF-II) or Titanium dioxide (TiO2) which increases the material’s quality, lifespan, and the dirt resistance. ECO membrane is certified by independent European third-party laboratories.
The fabric is transparent allowing 64% of outdoor light being transmitted.
